It was my first time doing aerial yoga and it was great- the instructors cueing made it very easy to follow and it was a great deep stretch.
Lisa led the class with a power packed performance and instruction - made the inversions seem like a breeze!
First class was great… Invigorating, yet relaxing sequence & a great playlist as well!
