I did my first class of aerial fundamentals with my daughter for my birthday.
I’ve only attended one class here so far, but Barbara did an amazing job explaining every position and move step-by-step.
Emma, the instructor, was great, and her guidance made it easy for beginners like me to follow along.
At the end of class I truly felt so empowered I was encouraged to challenge myself while still making my safety a priority.
We had a birthday party there - all the girls had a fantastic time and didn't want the party to end.
