Excellent customer service with a lot of knowledge on whatever you're looking for.
Good service
They have a smaller inventory than Guitar Center, but if you're looking for lessons, rentals, music programs, or knowledgeable staff, or if you just want to try the instruments without someone standing over you, this is still the place to go.
Let me tell you this is some outstanding customer service here.
