
Sister's studios are fully equipped with all the latest Pilates equipment available on the market today. We also utilize trampolines, RealRyder bikes, and small equipment such as TRX suspension system, kettlebells, free weights, Bosu's and much more. Class programming includes engagement of all muscle groups. Classes are designed to incorporate a warmup for stretch and flexibility; muscle building and endurance; cardio enhancement; and then a cool down. We focus on those muscles closest to the spine and pelvis (core muscles) out to the outer larger muscles of the skeletal system. In essence, we help develop a strong and balanced foundation working from the inside out!
