Some of the many good signs I've seen at Siri: students are encouraged to compete and supported throughout the process, the black belts actually stay, the student body is diverse, the early beginners have their own class where they can grow comfortable instead of being thrown straight into the deep end, and the mats are ALWAYS CLEAN.
