Shred415 Indy
Carmel Shred415's signature class is based on four, fifteen minute segments, alternating between treadmill drills and strength training, plus onsite childcare. In every class, you'll always do an equal amount of strength and cardio. You'll select your weights and set your speed on the treadmill, and your instructor will challenge you to work up to your next level—at a pace that works for you.
