I've been working out with the instructors there for over three years and have never experienced the same workout twice and love how high energy each class is, always feeling encouraged to give a little more each day.
The instructors and staff are sweet and it is a great, non-intimidating environment in which to get fit!
I felt comfortable and welcome right away which is such a relief because we all know going to a new gym or class, especially alone, can be very intimidating.
I don't live in Indianapolis anymore but when I'm home, my trip feels incomplete if I'm not able to get at least one Shred class in.
The variety of deck + treadmill makes the workout fun and well-rounded.
I do think it is expensive but worth it if you’re wanting to spend toward your health!
I am new to strength training and all of the instructors are helpful, patient and are willing to spend some extra time with you.
Wish there was a better selection of workout snacks/drinks in the lobby but overall a great place.
With personable instructors, intense workouts, and a community that will lift you up when you need it most (especially when burnt out on Erin’s burpees or Kae Bae’s inclines), Shred415 is THE place!
