I'd recommend this as a place for any Jiu-Jitsu or martial arts practitioner to come and learn.
If you are looking into starting or continuing MMA or Jiu Jitsu this is the best gym in the area!
We attended one class, immediately signed up for our membership, and have been here ever since.
Amy and Ben are great teachers and the vibe is friendly.
Ben and Amy are great instructors who know how to create an atmosphere where everyone feels safe, enjoys their time on the mats, and where all feel welcome.
I leave each class with learning something new while also training hard and being able to focus on my fitness.
These coaches are the real deal and the level of skill, knowledge and commitment to training/ developing everyone who walks through the door is not to be taken lightly.
Their instruction techniques are based on proven methods which are blended into the curriculum and reinforced with positional sparring.
