And my hip pain is gone, (I'm 61 & never thought that would happen).
My now four-years older late-morning workout buddies are still there, working up a collective sweat and laughing off the infirmities of age.
Incredible place - fantastic amenities (sauna, showers, maple lockers).
I come to this location to use the Spa and without fail every member and especially the staff have been extraordinarily kind and helpful.
Great classes every day of the week too - I like HIIT, circuit training, Cross Fit breathe, and fit 4 life but there is a wide range including lower intensity classes, stretching, pilates, yoga, and spinning.
I love strength building classes with Nick, Rayne and Ann.
Knowledgeable, friendly, encouraging staff who I feel genuinely care about my well-being.
I don't understand how they can have a facility this large and only one male and one female bathroom and the male bathroom has the sink in the same 'room' as the toilet so if you use the urinal, you can't wash your hands!
Top notch staff (yes, everyone DOES know your name) and friendly clientele make for a positive and supportive vibe.
