I started practicing yoga after the birth of my first child in 2006, I loved the way it helped me “reclaim” my body and gave me space to breathe. As my life continued to evolve by relocating to West Michigan and adding to our family; so has my practice. It is always with me, like the ever present light within.

There is something in the atmosphere of the room, the teachers are really good , just an overall high standard all around

Location Staff Classes.
Their styles of instructions keep me going because they all have great mindful classes with intentions.
The studio has amazing instructors and each of them have there very own authentic teaching style which makes Seva yoga very unique and will make you wanna come back again and again!
They are challenging but you can still keep up and don't have to worry about moving too quickly.
Something for everyone.
All are made to feel welcome here; everyone is respected; Seva has a great community vibe to it as well.
The teachers are amazing, and they all bring more to the class than just the stretching part of yoga.
