Joining this gym over 6 months ago is one of the best decisions I made. I used to be inactive and had a tendency to get bored or lazy, but this gym made working out fun and enjoyable. Workouts can be adapted based on our individual skill level and with different workouts/movements every day, it never gets boring. I never felt out of place thanks to all the coaches and the community.

I’ve been coming to this gym for about a year- there’s a lot of variety in the workouts and I leave every class feeling like I got a good workout!
Sasquatch has helping me get better knowledge about weight lifting and training properly.
And most importantly, intense but very satisfying workouts.

The programming is the best I’ve experienced, the coaches are knowledgeable and the community is friendly and welcoming.
I have tried multiple gym in the area but this one is the best where equal importance is given to form, strength training and cardio.
I grew in confidence along with my abilities due to their support and it meant a lot to me to see now where I’ve come in just a few months.
The workouts are a mix of weight lifting and circuit training, and there are modifications if you’re just getting back into the gym!
