The teacher cannot see u so there is no instruction on proper form and I have torn muscles winging it.
Been going seven months now, averaging 3 times a week...
I'm so happy to find a Yoga Studio with such a friendmy atmosphere.
I did not know how yoga was going to be, but after 6 months it has improved my quality of life, I just wish I would have started when I was younger.
