Welcome to S&S Fitness Gym and Martial Arts Center located in Hamlin, NY. Our dual facility consists of a martial arts center and a fitness gym. We teach traditional Isshin Ryu Karate to kids and adults ages 4 and up. Our gym offers a variety of fitness classes included in your membership.

Owners are awesome and willing to help with anything.
My spouse and I both workout there and 2 of my children take karate as well and they love it.

Sensei Scott is super knowledgeable about the martial arts and is the best teacher you could ask for.
