We have outgrown our need for a physical studio space and will now be found in complete collaboration with our community, offering our yoga services at varying Northland locations. Wonderful teachers who create a welcoming and comfortable space for first time practitioners to fellow yoga teachers!
The studio is beautiful, the teachers are great, and there is enough variety in the classes that you can always find what you need.
Great vibe, nice selection of classes.
Although midway through the training we switched to a virtual platform, this worked really well in achieving my goals: to deepen my own practice, to become more knowledgeable in all things yoga, and to become comfortable guiding a yoga class.
If you are flirting with the idea of trying yoga for the first time, or a seasoned practitioner, Runa is one of the most inviting studios I have attended.
They offer a huge variety of classes and before this whole COVID thing happened, they offered "yoga in the yurt" at Hartley Nature Center which was absolutely unreal.
Experienced instructors that provide an amazing flow, enhancing your strength both physically and mentally!
I always walk out satisfied and thinking about the postures I’ve just worked on.
They have a great variety of yoga classes, and all of the teachers here are wonderful.
