Even after the dojo closed, I still maintained connections with those fellow practitioners, watching as our lives unfolded, raising families, and navigating the passage of time.
The coaches and staff are very welcoming and classes structured nicely for newcomers and experienced practitioners alike.
The gym facilities are nice and everybody there is welcoming.
The coaches and classes have been so beneficial to his confidence, growth in strength, helping him establish more courage, and self discipline.
Definitely would recommend to anyone interested in combat sports whether you're just starting out or if you're already competing.
I definitely take a lot away from his detailed instruction and appreciate how he caters his classes to all skill levels.
So thankful for the sense of place and camaraderie that comes with training at Royal!
Great place for all ages to learn how to throw hands from the basics for a workout, all the way up to getting in the ring.
