Also a nice heated lounge to hangout in, with a fridge and microwave, another huge plus is theres a bathroom indoors (right by the lounge).
My mare seemed very relaxed with the atmosphere and being an Arabian she makes it known if she’s frightened or anxious.

This is a No Drama barn, which is rare and hard to find.
