As a post-menopausal woman, I learned that I need more strength training to keep my bones and muscles healthy…. I always got bored lifting weights and couldn't stick to a program. Root Fitness gives me the strength training I need, and I don't get bored because each class is a bit different.

The hour long sessions are a perfect start to the day and help keep my mind and body healthy and feeling good.
I have been doing Pilates for years, but have never seen the full benefits of the workout until I started attending Shannon and Sarah’s classes.
She focuses on your individual needs (even in a group setting), pushes you to the limit while keeping you safe, supported and allowing options to revert back to if it gets too much.
My persistent aches and pains are gone and my posture has greatly improved.
