Alonzo Lumpkin is a graduate of Winthrop University, located in Rock Hill, SC. He is the Director/Coach at Rock Hill Boxing Club and is carrying on the tradition of Marge Hammond and the late Charlie Hammond, who started the Rock Hill Boxing club in the 1980's. Coach Lumpkin has been involved in boxing since the late 1990's, and was trained and fought amateur bouts for years under Hammond's tutelage. He has been several years of coaching experience, and comes from a family of boxers.

You should definitely try it, I prefer this gym over 9 rounds and the people are amazing here.
I met good friends here and the coach is wonderful.
