This is an amazing place.
Her class provided relaxation and made me focus inward which allowed me to meditate, something I always find hard doing.
The prenatal yoga was exactly what I needed.
My favorite place to stretch and strengthen my body and soul.
Whether you're a beginner or more of an expert she makes everyone feel comfortable with her practice.
Also in the past there's been some specials I've taken advantage of so for those reasons I keep coming back.
It is really worth checking out (even if you do yoga other places).
The room is a little small so she might need to find a bigger one since I have a ton of people that want to come with me!
Clean and friendly environment - great selection of classes - overall facility is great.
She led the group meditation in a way that was comfortable and serene, yet also practical in that we could immediately use the techniques in our (stressful) workdays.
