As a new school year begins for many of our students, we understand that while many are excited to return, others may have anxiety and fears. Unfortunately we live in a time where bullying is a growing problem, even more so among our school aged youth. This is why we take teaching seriously here at Riverbend, if not for the punching and kicking, rather the character development that our student oath and tenets teach our children. We expect our students to be part of the solution, not the problem. Treating eachother with courtesy and respect not only on the mats, but in the classroom, hallways, and homes.
