I got introduced to him through my friend whom said that Amaresh could help me to overcome my panic attacks and depression.
So I went on to continue doing yoga thinking that I am going to just do bending, stretching, and stuff but Amaresh explained to me about the 8 limbs of yoga and walked me through each step, and made me practice them.
I am more interested in learning and practicing the Yamas & Niyamas which means Dos & Don'ts for a yoga practitioner to maintain living a meaningful life.
I am not regular with scheduled classes with Amaresh but I do practice every day based on what Amaresh guides me to do.
I realized after what my guru said about it that it is not that good for the mind & emotions rather than the body.
Each class beings with an assessment of your physical and mental well being so that Amaresh can cater the class to what your body and mind need.
This place is awesome.
As a girl I was unable to tell what happened to me but I don't know, I told everything openly to him and he guided me how to overcome those situations with yoga and a bit of spiritual practice.
I got introduced to Amaresh and joined to learn yoga at Rhythmic yoga.
I attended few classes online and then attended an outdoor yoga at Stone Creek Park.
