Heather is hands down the best yoga teacher I have ever had - and yes I have taken classes many places from LA to NYC. She's knowledgable, hands on, pushes you when you need it and gives you a break when you're spent. And she's also an all around awesome person. Love her outdoor yoga classes that are perfect during this time and an extra refreshing way to enjoy yoga.
