The qr code don't work at times I only had 2 problems after paying 30 for a week but all around great gym for the location area.
So happy I have this as an option and don't have to resort to some big name commercial gym

I love my house
I like it how low key it is but I’ve been used to being around a lot more people.
Decent gym and good pricing but a lot of out dated gym equipment squeaky sounds from cardio machines so have to have my music blasting if I get stuck with those ones.
The folks at Red Strength give it to you straight, no double-talk, and the services are there if you want them like fitness/diet counseling and personal trainers.
Excellent assortment of everything you need for a complete workout.
The equipment is great but no joking with Wendy.
