Red Dragon Shou Shu (Northern Shou Shu) offers students, both kids and adults, the movements, methods, and techniques they need to properly defend themselves. The fundamentals of Northern Shou Shu are divided into seven groups symbolized by seven distinct animals: the bear, the tiger, mongoose, crane, mantis, cobra, and the dragon. Love this place , my 5 year old joined about 3 months ago ,he loves his class and has so much fun learning and playing.
His kids (ages 9 - 13 possibly) are great people, but have not been trained to teach a class which is who will teach the little kids most of the time.
Just recently my son used his skills he learned in Sho Shu, was in a situation where he needed to fight back to protect himself from being bullied.
Great teachers,decipline,and dedication.
The instructors have been a great role model to my son and we plan on staying with them for a long time.

My son has been attending Class for a few months and his self confidence has definitely grown since he started attending.
