The Iyengar classes are absolutely amazing, and if you’ve been doing a bunch of Vinyasa classes without ever trying Iyengar/Hatha then do yourself a favor and try it.
Ive been practicing yoga for many years and have trouble finding studios like this in LA amidst the many hot/power yoga-only studios.
The midday flowclass can get a little crowded, so try an arrive at least 10 minutes early.
They are super relaxing, deep stretch classes but the instructor still manages to include a good quantity of poses.
Red Diamond yoga yin & sound bath great class offers many poses to stretch and variety of sounds instruments.
So many classes to pick from for all levels and such a welcoming community!
