Rebecca Gale

I spent the rest of my childhood/early adulthood as a percussionist and found myself falling out of love with music and needed something to spark my passion.

Rebecca is not only a talented pianist, vocalist, and instructor - she is also a genuinely kind and thoughtful person.

We have done online lessons, as well as in person and plan to continue with Rebecca.

She is not only teaching me how to play the piano, she is teaching me music and body awareness and compassion toward myself as I navigate this new world before me!

Rebecca’s approach is grounded in deep presence and patience - meeting each student where they are and drawing on their unique abilities.

Under her guidance, he has not only developed his piano skills but also in his vocal abilities and overall sense of rhythm and timing.

I've been her student for over 2 years now, and I can tell you with 100% certainty that the joy, curiosity, and ability I now have to play piano is due to Rebecca's talent, skill, and the enthusiasm she posesses as a teacher.

I look forward to my weekly lessons, not just for the growth and satisfaction, but enjoying the satisfying and easygoing teacher/student relationship that I have with Rebecca.

And in some ways better than in person as we both can be seated at our pianos and she can demonstrate a technique without us having to get up and switch places.

Rebecca is an extraordinary piano teacher and we feel so fortunate that our son has been able to learn and grow under her kind and inspired teaching.
