I must say it is such a cute studio and the instructors are all so friendly and encouraging.
I'd highly recommend trying out this studio, especially since you can come in and test out several classes before committing to any sort of package.
They offer a variety of classes: highly athletic, slow & relaxing, meditative etc...
I held off because I have a gym membership, but with the free week offer, I just couldn't resist!

Wonderful, knowledgeable instructors who are warm, inviting, and encouraging.
Started going at the beginning of the year with a groupon promotion, liked it so much when I used it up I bought more classes.
Fantastic studio with great instructors!
I would love 15 more minutes to get a full shavasana, however, staying for the meditation and restore class that follows takes care of that nicely.
