I started pilates because I have chronic pain from scoliosis and the sessions helped not only relieve my pain but also helped me get stronger and healthier!

If a class is a mix of skill levels she is mindful that each person is getting the appropriate instruction so the beginners don't feel overwhelmed and the more experienced are still challenged.

Not only does Linda make sure that the participant understands what to do but she also provides alternate instructions should the participant not be up to the same level that day.

Pulse Pilates is a family owned business which was created with love and care as you can sense by the smiling faces and beautiful decor.

Very Clean studio, Linda has years of experience, I had Pilates with her and more than anything she was very accommodating to my crazy work schedule, she really tries her best to work with you.
