The instructors are amazing and always talk you through the proper way to do poses.
There is something for everyone here, meditation, restoration, vinyasa, power flow, foundations, and advanced classes!
Also they are very flexible with their memberships and you can freeze it for a few months or cancel for a while if you need to with no penalty.
The instructors are great and they keep the classes fun & engaging.
I love the variety of classes, knowledge and kindness shown by each instructor, and how mindfulness is implemented into each class.
I HIGHLY recommend this studio as one of my favorite in the country (I've tried a lot of yoga studios in many different states).
I signed up for the free week trial and have only done two classes and have already signed up to join the studio!
Instructors are amazing and classes are not too hard for beginners like me.
The instructors are incredibly nice and make it a point to make you feel welcome and chat with you if they haven’t met you before or it’s your first time.
