Let me start by saying, I was an absolute beginner to Pilates when I started… I had taken two group classes and could tell I needed one on one training if I ever wanted to see results.
I was hesitant, it was a bit of a distance, I wondered if this was right for me and wasn’t sure how Ashlee felt about working with a senior!
Her attention to detail makes me feel secure about my work out and I appreciate how she pushes me within my limits.
She’s patient, very good at explaining what to do, and constantly examining my form to make sure that I’m exercising the right things and not straining the wrong ones.
Ashlee asks about what her clients want to achieve from pilates and personalizes each lesson to ensure optimal success.
For a beginner, learning how to move your body in ways it wasn't before can feel really intimidating, but Ashlee continues to challenge me, while simultaneously cheering me on.
She really takes the time to make sure your form is correct while also working to achieve your goals.
I can feel my body becoming stronger after each session with her.
I absolutely love coming to PWA~ Ashlee always gives a killer session, the studio is super cute, AND I lost one whole dress size!
She constantly challenges me by making creative routines and also incredibly sweet & funny.
