A Hidden Gem!!
They have Allegro Reformers which are a little different from the Peak and Balance Body reformers most studios have, so it’s a matter of taste.
They're all mindful of any pre existing injuries or aches and pains and make a point to show alternative exercises if you don't feel comfortable doing what the rest of the class is doing.
And, I've been practicing Pilates for over 15 years.
Whether you're dealing with a sore back or shoulder, she remembers your condition and tailors your individual workout.
They answered my questions, and kindly offered advice and adjustments.
She is very clear with her cues and is very good about making sure that everyone is doing the positions correctly without making you feel inadequate.
