Pilates One was founded in 2007 in an apartment in Brickell, with one machine and one eager instructor to change bodies. In no time the amount of sweaty hot bodies coming out of the apartment grew so much Jeannine Bergmann realized it was time to open a small studio in Coconut Grove, Florida in 2008. Four studios later and still growing in Coconut Grove came about our state of the art studio which is the current location with 60 to 70 classes a week. As Jeannine Bergmann describes it “a dream come true for a Pilates lover and an entrepreneur. ”

The place itself is always in pristine physical condition, most importantly, the dedication that Jeannine and the team have toward making this place a sanctuary where you can really get in tune with your body - never goes unnoticed.
Over five years of attending classes here, the instructors are simply the best!
It’s become an essential part of my day whether it’s early morning before work for a fresh start to my day or in the afternoon/evening after a long day at work.
I always feel comfortable chatting to the instructors about any adjustments I should be making and feel appropriately challenged in classes.
The instructors are top-notch, providing tailored workouts that leave me feeling stronger and more centered.
I have been doing Pilates with Jeannine and her team for amazing instructors for the past 15 years.
And my every week favorites I am so grateful for, are Kristy and Dujuan-amazing challenging classes!
I first started going there a few years ago and it changed my life physically, emotionally and spiritually!
I have many Pilates studios closer to me but I would not think of attending any other studio.
Not only is this a local, woman-owned business, this is the only Pilates Studio that feeds not just my body, but my mind and soul.
