Aside from being rehabilitative, Pilates is a phenomenal form of exercise. Pilates helps to fine tune the body from the inside out. Through the use of springs and pulleys, muscles that are inhibited or dormant are able to activate creating a better balance within the muscles and structure of the body. When the muscles are balanced and the body is in proper alignment, efficient movement patterns are created enabling the body to build strength, definition, flexibility, endurance, and speed.

Excellent instruction and very nice studio.
Daniel and her staff at the palatis center work with my son and I've noticed a big improvement with him.
I get an intense workout, plus she focuses on issue spots which have dramatically improved from her expertise.
I came to her with a horrible disk injury in my lower back, arthritic pain in my wrists, and a degenerative condition of both knees that basically had me barely able to climb stairs with low heels on my feet- without holding on to stair rails.
She is also very patient with some of us that have limitations!
Her understanding of pilates and how the body moves is extraordinary.
Danielle has an incredible eye and intuitive teaching style.
