Every class offers a unique way to train and challenge your body from Tower, Chair, Mat and Reformer you will receive and overall body workout.
I worked with and learned from Pat - she's amazing, dedicated and beautiful inside and out.
The packages are a bit pricy (especially on a budget) but totally worth it if you want to see and feel a difference in your body.
Pat is wonderful and very motivate instructor .
