The concept for Peak Performance was developed by Dan Caputo, youth athletic coach, Physical Therapist, CSCS and Dr. Drew Siegel, Chiropractor. The combination of talents of these 2men has created a unique facility that is determined to develop and and maintain safe, enjoyable and effective programming for our clients.

Great staff, knowledgeable and ready to plan a workout regime personalized to your needs.
Highly recommend their 5:30 AM boot camp for anyone like me that makes the excuse that their life is too busy to go to the gym.
Classes are great, the fitness floor is clean and the front desk staff are pleasant.
The trainers are all great and knowledgeable and work with you to be the best that you can be.
I have tried 5:30 am boot camp twice and spin on a regular basis.
I tried working out many times at a gym but got much better results with my personal trainer at Peak.
