I haven't written a review about this place because I'll admit it now…I want to keep it a secret. What can I say? Not only have the people here taught me everything I know about yoga, but they've also become my family. Every time I walk in I feel like I'm home. Not only that, I've learned some badass yoga skills since I started. There's no rushing through, they take their time and encourage you to be gentle with yourself. They are there for you when you reach a goal and they push you when you are right on the verge of a break through. I can't say enough good things about this place. Kristin R.

I’ve been practicing yoga for more than 20 years and taught for 13 years and owned a studio for 9.
Hot yoga here is quite an experience.
After moving to Ca it took me a while to find a studio that could replace the one I had left in Florida.
They have a variety of classes all throughout the day and the instructors are so warm and welcoming.
I can't go as often as I wish but when I have time, it is SO worth the 45min drive.
