Highly recommend, we went to a guided meditation class, very relaxing, easy to follow, they had everything you need, we also did a drawing afterwards and they had all the supplies, it was a great experience, I will be back
There are so many opportunities to learn and practice meditation, for beginners and experienced students alike, as well as other facets of wellbeing.

Changes in facilitators, daily class offerings, and special program offerings (both online and in-person) have evolved over the years to meet the needs of its members and the Pause co-owners, but always with clear communication, explanations, and directions either through class announcements, emails, or the monthly Pause newsletter.
There is a strong emphasis on kindness and compassion, the space is wonderfully calm and inviting (bonus--they also have online classes!
I would recommend this place for anyone that would like to honestly learn more about themselves and the ways of mindfulness 🧘.
I have taken several of the classes offered by Pause over the past few years and also take advantage of the many opportunities they provide each and every week to help strengthen my practice.
The staff at Pause are some of the kindest and most thoughtful people you would ever hope to meet.
