I enjoy this gym for the most part, great sauna clean well organized equipment and genuinely cool staff.
I enjoy how this has been a 2nd home for my child.
One is doing boxing while the other has her gymnastics class plus there are adult cross fit classes...
My kids and I love it here!
They have classes for all types of adults and children, and their memberships are around $50 less than places similar to them.
The best place for Gymnastics and the coaches are Phenomenal.

Good place to train and the price is hard to beat, the hard part is choosing what you want to do that day
