Sentiment Analysis
The facility is spacious with plenty of room for class and other activities (the gym runs classes for local youth athletes).
Ive been consistently working out here for 2 years.
The information and resources Sean provides me has helped me not only to win, but dominate in my matches.
Since being at Oregon Cross Fit I have continued to set personal bests in strength and conditioning while training 1 hour a day in their group classes.
You never feel left out because there are so many different fitness levels in each class.
What I will say is you are getting WAY more than your money’s worth in this gym with coaching & programming you wouldn’t get in a standard $40 a month gym.
Best gym in town!
Programming is focused on helping individuals build strength and perform better outside the gym, rather than leaving you feeling crushed each week.
I've tried crossfit before (in Portland) and always felt like I was struggling to figure out how to do the movements correctly and worried about hurting myself.
I have played soccer for 13 years and it wasn’t until I started training with Sean that I could really see a change in my game.
