Their new location is kind of confusing since it's now just a room inside a different gym, and during class you can hear all the other wrestling and workout classes happening outside the yoga room door.
The studio is located within a gym which seemed uncommon to me in the beginning but it didn’t bother me at all as the room for the yoga is isolated pretty well.
She gives excellent adjustments and you will walk out feeling ready for your week

If you are looking for authentic teachers and classes this is the place in the tech center in Denver.

The excellent variety of classes on their schedule, allows me to find the yoga I want and need for my mood and energy levels.
Lockers (bring your own lock) and showers are available as well as towels in the locker rooms.
