It's a small fitness studio with great instructors who are able to provide personal attention to everyone in the class.
Great place with kind an amazing staff!
Love the instructors and will defiantly recommend to all of my family and friends.
It’s also so helpful that it’s right in front of the train station to NYC and that they have a shower, fresh towels, and so much more.
