Ompowered Yoga

Update Jan 2024: After experiencing the benefits of tapping, which I learned in Maria's yoga class to calm stress and to help change perspective, I did a series of private EFT sessions with Maria to help in some areas of personal goals where I felt blocked.

I have been going to her in home yoga studiio for 3 years and recommend you check her out!

She is a talented and compassionate yoga instructor who incorporates mindfulness, EFT tapping, and meditation into each practice.

Her classes are just the right combination of workout, stretching and calming relaxation.

Her approach is to improve our whole self and to live a thankful, gracious life that shines on the world.

She has not only created a beautiful environment in which to practice, but has also built an engaging community of individuals that I am lucky enough to call friends!

I'm restarting yoga, and have some new restrictions and flexibility to regain, and Maria has lots of appreciated modifications and encouragement, and no judgement!

This is the best yoga class !!
