Cancellation requests due to injury, severe illness or accident prior to the camp session start date require a physician's written verification faxed DIRECTLY from the Doctor's office or hospital to our fax/email. Upon receipt of verification prior to camp start date, we will issue a full refund (except $100 Registrations fee)
