Their children's program is the best I have ever seen, offering not only top-notch self-defense training but also a significant boost to kids' confidence.

I have 11 year old daughter thats been attending this facility for the last four years, originally started do to bullying at her school.
Their white belt fundamentals test and the moves you have to learn are really clearly defined and helped me improve some of my own technique.
I was extremely nervous on my first day, because of my experience at another gym getting smashed by the upper belt levels, this is not the case here.
Very open to newcomers and solid schedule that meets most peoples schedules.
Outstanding instructors, and a schedule that a working parent like myself can appreciate.
Great class my daughter loves it and she’s excited to go back all the time!
