As someone who already lives an active lifestyle, I was looking for a personal trainer who could help me with weight training specifically.
As such, I don't have any dramatic before/after type photos that I track, and although my weight is pretty similar (maybe a couple pounds down), my body measurements and composition has changed (fat --> muscle) which I'm pretty happy about!
He ensures the workout plans are challenging but doable for me and always ensures my form is correct.
My goal was to get stronger and educate myself on weight training, and I’ve certainly accomplished both goals through this journey.
He’s very patient and creates a plan that makes your goals accessible.
I had never dealt with exercise equipment before, but Danny taught me how to use it well.
The idea of going to the gym was daunting and at that time of my life exercising consistently without someone being accountable was not possible so I found Danny.
Keep in mind, I only schedule him once a week for one hour, and then then rest of the week I don’t work out at all(sorry Danny I’m trying to change I swear) and yet somehow, my body is fitter than ever.
I also really wanted to just get back into weight training with someone's motivation to help me, so Thanks Danny!
Hiring a trainer in the past was scary because of the personalities I thought I would get or the shaming factor in a gym setting.
