Nancy took the time with those us who were new to Aerial Yoga and helped us perform the movements.
Was very happy with yoga class.
I have learned a lot about quieting my mind and and renewing my strength and balance 😊.
It took us a second to figure out what had happened, but the bride of our group had left her bottle at the studio and since we had told Nancy where our dinner reservations were at, she had driven the water bottle to dinner and dropped it off for us!!
Each one offers lots of options for moves that some people just can't do, and really emphasize that doing your best for your body is good enough.
I'm from our of town and did a drop in class and it was very nice!
Just did the Elevation of Meditation workshop.
Easily one of the best and most professional yoga studios in Rockford!
