There is NO TEACHER like her in Df W who has the dimension of intelligence and kindness that stems from her relentless patience!
I have been a part of NSDA for over a year now and Vandita’s commitment, dedication and passion towards teaching dance is evident while watching her NSDA virtual annual show on various folk forms, despite Covid.
At the age of 45 and being heavy weight, thought now also it was not possible.
However, that does not mean that we reinforce our child’s LOW threshold for tolerance , because tomorrow when WE are not a necessary part of THEIR lives, they might boil us down to being ‘nothing’…..
She expects nothing but the best from her students which teaches them hard work and commitment.
We started our journey after watching NSDA’s annual school show and were so impressed with the quality of dance, discipline and dedication the students showed which is a reflection of the Guru.
She has brought the joy of folk dance to those unlearned in any dance form and allowed us to experience the spirituality of dance movement.
Vandita, understood her strength, her shyness and worked with her to get the best out of her.
She takes the time to help every child improve their skills and provides feedback as and when necessary.
