My son was was so nervous about joining Taekwondo and not only that but he was so nervous about testing...
He is extremely patient and dedicated to making our community better.
I take the adult classes, and being out of shape originally there is calisthenics and cardio, and variety in each class to keep you challenged.
Mr Himebaugh has been my instructor along my entire journey and I could not Recommend a better place to teach kids about discipline, self defense, and of course, great fun!

Already after less than one month I have noticed a difference in my kids focus on self control and respect.
Mr Himebaugh is an excellent instructor; he's incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in taekwondo, great with kids of all ages and really takes the time with each student to ensure they're reaching their potential.
I would highly recommend anyone thinking of doing Taekwondo to give NWTKD a look.
The instructor is very knowledgeable and he is great with our 4 year old!
