North Loft Yoga Studio has been am amazing local studio for me to maintain a consistant yoga practice after a sustaining a moderate injury in a more strenuous yoga class.
I am sad to be traveling for the summer months and won’t be able to join them for the beach yoga which starts June 2, but I highly recommend and cannot wait to be back.
