I've been apart of this family for just over 3 years and I have not regretted a single second.
Instructors are awesome with the kids I've been with my instructor for over 20yrs best decision I ever made studying here tottaly recommend North County Self Defense
William is a patient and thorough instructor who also makes everyone feel welcome.
They base a lot of their classes on dealing with bullies as well as the dangers of strangers and child abduction
He has been taking classes for over a year and has not lost any enthusiasm to attend classes every week.
Combined with a new gym routine I’ve lost a ton of weight, learned practical skills for self defense, and my endurance and confidence in threatening situations is rock solid!
Sensei William and all of the instructors are s good with the kids and welcoming to families.
About three years into kempo karate classes, special training like active shooter scenarios and other offerings, I can say I am much better equipped to take care of myself and those around me.
At North County Self Defence they are very experienced teachers and staff who are caring, professional and whom the kids respond well to.
Amazing instructors and staff that always greet you and update you of your individual or your child's progress.
